I will also go over some of the rules that I follow on my jumps and the things I do for my body even when I’m not jumping rope. I hope you enjoy it. Before you jump into the minutes, let me tell you a little bit about my training so far this year.
I broke the New Year Resolution that I set for myself to jump rope 2-3 times a week, no matter how little time I have. Instead, I only had 1 jump rope scheduled in my week and it was actually less than 30 minutes so that ended it. Since the day I started my jumping rope journey last year, I haven’t been able to jump rope for less than 20 minutes. Since that day, I’ve only jump rope for 15 minutes or less so far this year, but I was able to do some workouts, and that’s all that I wanted to do.

For the longest time, I was able to do a jump rope of 45 minutes or more with no problem. That was because I’ve been able to find a jumping rope environment I liked, and I wasn’t able to do it in the cold or rainy so I’ve had a consistent jump rope for a long time now. I had a couple of challenges this year, which is why I haven’t been able to jump rope as far as I usually do.
